12. Recordings, Promotional Use & Community Content

12.1 Live Classes and Recording Consent
By enrolling in any live course, class, or event hosted by Trinity 369 LLC, you acknowledge and agree that the sessions may be recorded for internal use, future educational offerings, and promotional purposes. This may include, but is not limited to:

• Replays for enrolled students
• Snippets used in marketing, trailers, or social media
• Internal training and refinement of future courses

If you do not wish to be recorded, you must notify us via email at [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase. If no notice is given, we will assume your consent has been granted for use in recordings.

For live Zoom sessions or other video-based platforms, you are welcome to keep your camera and microphone off to protect your privacy. Instructors will aim to protect the anonymity of participants who request it.

12.2 Community Forums and Comments
When you post in any course-related community forum, comment section, or discussion thread, please be aware that:

• Other students may see your posts.
• We may use anonymized comments, testimonials, or feedback for promotional materials, unless otherwise requested.

If you share personal insights or breakthroughs and later decide you don’t want them used as a testimonial or excerpt, just contact us, and we will respect your request.
